    Full bodied wine that is matured for 12 months in French Barrique, refined in our ideal cellars for at least one year. Richly ripe and subtle for consumption upon release and yet age-worthy in proper cellaring. Explore the endlessly intriguing aroma of black currant with berry notes as well as vanilla and chocolate on the palate. This Cabernet is rich yet subtle with a long finish. .

    FOOD PAIRING

    At 16°C, pairs well with all meats, pasta, steak, and roasted meat.

    TASTING NOTES

    Well balanced, full bodied and smooth creamy wine, with a bright golden appeal. Ripe apples on the nose, smooth – tropical fruit hints with vanilla overtones and stone fruit aromas. Crispy texture with slight vanilla overtone due to 3-6 months ageing in French Oak Barrique and hulb-stuck barrels that enhances the aromas and amplifies structure. .

    FOOD PAIRING

    At 10°C, pairs excellently with chicken, buttery dishes as well as with roasted turkey, salmon, halibut and creamy cheeses.

    A brilliant ruby color wine that is round and complex. Matured for at least twelve months in French barrique and refined in our cellars for at least one year.

  • RESERVE SANGIOVESE

    In the year 2018, these Sangiovese grapes were harvested and fermented using select yeast at a maximum temperature of 15-17 Celsius for 14-20 days. They were then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, adding more character to each bottle.

    TASTING NOTES

    Ruby red, with violet reflections; this medium bodied wine has distinct vibrant aromas of cherries, red plums, cranberries, and figs with a hint of dry herbs, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, light chocolate and blueberry flavor, a vibrant acidity, balanced with chewy refined tannins and a sweet finish.

    FOOD PAIRING

    This wine’s acidity, combined with earthy, herbal aromas makes it a perfect match for Tuscan cuisine. Pairs well with slow cooked beef, prosciutto and salami, and meaty pasta dishes. The finish is elegant and harmonic.
