Produced and aged in Jordan's oldest and largest wine cellar under constant temperature and humidity control in one of the most challenging environments. The Shiraz grape has returned to its roots, a terroir that speaks its language, producing one of the most elegant wines that we are so proud to share with you. From the 2015 harvest, a limited selection of carefully handpicked grapes from the oldest vines in vineyards located in the northern hills of Jordan and the Mafraq Plateau. Aged for 36 months in custom made French Oak barriques to enhance its development of which only 2,316 bottles have been produced.The JR Shiraz 2015 shows a vivid ruby red color with purple hue. Scents of cooked jam, cherries, pepper and leather notes. Full bodied wine that perfectly balances the dark rich fruit flavors combined with those of vanilla and spices. The ageing in oak barrels provides firm and smooth tannin with a unique and outstanding finish and great ageing potential.At 16˚C, pairs well with grilled meats, vegetables, wild game, beef stew and dark chocolate desserts. RESERVE ZINFANDEL
JOD17.00Zinfandel is a variety of black-skinned wine grape, these grapes were harvested and fermented using select yeast at a maximum temperature of 15-17 Celsius for 14-20 days. They were then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, adding more character to each bottle.Deep violet, with purple reflections; this medium, dry, fruit forward wine has vibrant aromas of black berries, plums, and strawberries with hints of oak, cinnamon, and tobacco. On the palate, soft, smooth, and moderate tannins, with medium acidity. Vibrant taste of spice and fruits, mainly raspberry. Smooth texture with medium to long length and persistency. The finish is elegant and harmonic.The wine’s fruitiness compliments sharp, salty, aged cheddar cheese. A natural companion for the flavorful world of BBQ. Our Sommelier’s Recommendation: Pair with a bacon wrapped tenderloin for the ultimate food and wine experience. -
RESERVE SANGIOVESE
JOD17.00In the year 2018, these Sangiovese grapes were harvested and fermented using select yeast at a maximum temperature of 15-17 Celsius for 14-20 days. They were then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, adding more character to each bottle.Ruby red, with violet reflections; this medium bodied wine has distinct vibrant aromas of cherries, red plums, cranberries, and figs with a hint of dry herbs, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, light chocolate and blueberry flavor, a vibrant acidity, balanced with chewy refined tannins and a sweet finish.This wine’s acidity, combined with earthy, herbal aromas makes it a perfect match for Tuscan cuisine. Pairs well with slow cooked beef, prosciutto and salami, and meaty pasta dishes. Our Sommelier’s Recommendation: Pair it with a dish of homemade gnocchi, cooked with sage and butter sauce for the ultimate food and wine experience. -

Aged for 9 months in custom made French Oak barriques to enhance its development of which only 5,076 bottles have been produced.The JR Pinot Grigio 2013 is an elegant medium bodied wine with a bright yellow color and golden reflections. Releasing rich and complex aromas of oak and tropical fruits, peach cream, apricot, almond twist, with hint of honeydew and vanilla. Well balanced on the palate, creamy and generous with a dense mouth-feel with a medium smooth acidity.At 10˚C, pairs well with creamy shrimp risotto, lobster and white meat.

Matured for twelve months in French barrique and refined in our cellars for at least one year.At 16° C, ideal with red meat, lamb chops, game and cheeses. -

Matured for twelve months in French Barrique and refined in our cellars for at least one year.At 16° C, ideal with grilled chicken, strong cheeses and pasta. -

The finish is medium to deep with suppleness on the palate.A brilliant ruby color wine that is round and complex. A balanced flood of fruit that opens the taste buds with soft sweet notes showing a lovely bouquet of black cherries, strawberries, hints of candied ginger and soft notes of almond.
