  • Zinfandel is a variety of black-skinned wine grape, these grapes were harvested and fermented using select yeast at a maximum temperature of 15-17 Celsius for 14-20 days. They were then aged in oak barrels for 12 months, adding more character to each bottle.
    Deep violet, with purple reflections; this medium, dry, fruit forward wine has vibrant aromas of black berries, plums, and strawberries with hints of oak, cinnamon, and tobacco. On the palate, soft, smooth, and moderate tannins, with medium acidity. Vibrant taste of spice and fruits, mainly raspberry. Smooth texture with medium to long length and persistency. The finish is elegant and harmonic.
    The wine’s fruitiness compliments sharp, salty, aged cheddar cheese. A natural companion for the flavorful world of BBQ. Our Sommelier’s Recommendation: Pair with a bacon wrapped tenderloin for the ultimate food and wine experience.

    Ruby red, with violet reflections; this medium bodied wine has distinct vibrant aromas of cherries, red plums, cranberries, and figs with a hint of dry herbs, spice, and vanilla. On the palate, light chocolate and blueberry flavor, a vibrant acidity, balanced with chewy refined tannins and a sweet finish.
    This wine’s acidity, combined with earthy, herbal aromas makes it a perfect match for Tuscan cuisine. Pairs well with slow cooked beef, prosciutto and salami, and meaty pasta dishes. From the 2012 harvest, a limited selection of carefully handpicked grapes from the oldest vines in vineyards located in the northern hills of Jordan and the Mafraq Plateau. Aged for 36 months in custom made French Oak barriques to enhance its development of which only 2,316 bottles have been produced.
    The JR Shiraz 2012 shows a vivid ruby red color with purple hue. Scents of cooked jam, cherries, pepper and leather notes. Full bodied wine that perfectly balances the dark rich fruit flavors combined with those of vanilla and spices. The ageing in oak barrels provides firm and smooth tannin with a unique and outstanding finish and great ageing potential.
